I recently stayed at the Concorde Palace Hotel for five nights, and while the location was fantastic with easy access to the metro, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The room was small, and I faced issues with the elevators and check-in process. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, but the service could definitely use some improvement.
